Delivery

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. During busy periods, processing times may take a little longer.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Currently, I do not ship internationally.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please get in touch, and I’ll do my best to help.

Made-to-order items may take up to 6 months to complete. Lead times and delivery details will be confirmed individually for each order.

Returns Policy

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your item to let me know you’d like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please include your order number so your return can be processed correctly.

Once your return is received, refunds will be issued within 14 days.

Return postage costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be refunded.
